About MINE
MINE is a non-profit membership association that works for increased diversity in working life. Because with greater diversity comes both economic growth and business development. This is something that many businesses are aware of. However, how it is practically possible to develop an inclusive organization is not always as simple. That's why MINE exists. Mentor programs, workshops, trainings and lectures are some of the services we offer. Some events are open to everyone, while others are organized exclusively for our members. For MINE's members, we are available with, among other things, continuous advice, inspirational lectures and networking meetings. Among our members, organizations such as IKEA, SEB and the city of Malmö are represented.
