Many of these interactions are addictive and user's behavior has been modified for the benefit of online companies in a way that is detrimental to his health. At HABUILD, we aim to use these interactions in a way that creates a healthy lifestyle for the people. We are here to help people create good habits for themselves. That’s why the word “HABUILD” is a combination of “HABIT BUILDING”. The HABUILD founding team comprises seasoned coaches with educational backgrounds including IIT, IIM, and LBS led by an Engineer.
