We are team of professionals focusing on investment into industrial companies, manufacturing and related services. By structure we are long term financial investors, but at heart we are industrialists with over one hundred twenty years of experience. Unlike a typical financial investor we do not evaluate companies through historical P&L. We evaluate their skills, competencies and products. This unlocks hidden potential for improvement and growth especially on export markets. We create value by active transformation of strategy, operations, business development and finance of the businesses in which we invest, making them significantly more competitive internationally. We achieve this by our direct operational involvement, by “rolling up our sleeves and getting on with the job” as well as by engaging and motivating competent corporate management teams with proven experience in driving growth. Our aim is to be a solid and reputable partner for the founders of industrial companies in our joint mission to transform local champions to European leaders.
