Our 3,800m2 ultra-modern workshops has nine advanced CNC lathes, bucking machine, phosphating equipment, sub-arc welders and an X-ray weld inspection device. Overhead cranes in the Conductor Casing and Plain End threading workshops facilitate for easy handling of tubular and insure high output capacity In addition to the cutting of tubular threads, the shop can manufacture completion accessories including Pup Joints and crossovers, along with pre-drilled liner manufactured to customer requirements with full range of all grade raw materials. This facility is able to provide manufacturing of Flanges of various sizes and rotating make-up and back-out operations up-to 80,000 ft-lbs as well as thread-lock including drilling. The facility also enables Thread treatment processes such as Mn phosphate, Cu plating, bead/sandblasting. Facility enables the preheating and stress relief of critical equipment requiring welding fabrication repair.
