Bobby specializes in linking employee pay with company performance through the design of executive and broad-based compensation programs and policies. He has client experience across a wide variety of industries during IPO, M&A, and non-transactional situations. Examples of a few of these projects include: IPO readiness assessments in the Technology and Financial Services industries, the design and implementation of an executive compensation program for a banking client in a strategic acquisition, refining job architectures and harmonizing compensation structures across multi-national companies, and CEO pay ratio guidance and calculation auditing. Bobby has also provided on-site consulting services to assist Fortune 500 clients in the administration and operations of their executive and equity compensation programs. Prior to joining KPMG, Bobby worked at Pearl Meyer, a leading executive compensation consulting firm. Bobby is a graduate of Colgate University and is pursuing his CEP designation. Bobby has recently co-authored an article on “Executive Pay Issues Trending in the Boardroom” that is posted on KPMG’s Board Leadership Center website.
