John Luce

John is a Partner in KPMG’s Deal Advisory Strategy practice, where he leads the national HR Transactions Services practice and HR M&A Global Center of Excellence. He has over 25 years of corporate and private-equity transaction experience, specializing in pre-deal diligence for both buy-and sell-side support and post-merger integration and separation.

John also has extensive experience helping clients understand and address the human capital issues that emerge during a deal—workforce transitions, employee engagement, talent and culture assimilation, as well as advising the HR function.
