Building the sustainable society for the future is our overall vision. We do that in large and small ways every day. By listening to our tenants and thinking in new ways, we create vibrant residential areas and a personal home that lasts in the long run. We own and manage several rental apartments around Gothenburg. Our properties vary from turn-of-the-century houses to modern new builds. Around ten tenants live with us, or closer to every ten citizens of Gothenburg. IT SHOULD BE FUN TO GO TO WORK – a matter of course in order to develop and at the same time create value.
