A couple weeks ago, we reported on the demographic diversity of tech companies. We got extremely helpful feedback - thank you for your comments! - so this week, we’re extending the labor market analysis by including gender and filtering to senior management.

Using social security, census, voter registration, and job title data, Revelio Labs is able to classify names by gender and ethnicity, and classify positions by seniority for our workforce intelligence software. Below are distributions in tech:
